Certification Management
Create and maintain Trust Center certifications with template-based setup, issue dates, expiry dates, and badge assets
Certification Management
Certifications in Admin Center are the trust signals shown on your Trust Center, such as SOC 2 or ISO badges.
Access
- Admin
- Content Manager
What You Can Manage
- Certification title and description
- Issue date and expiry date
- A badge image
- A supporting certification file
- The template used to start the record
Certification List
The main Certifications page shows:
- All certifications for the current tenant
- Status buckets derived from validity dates
- A quick path to create a new certification
The interface groups certifications into practical states such as valid, expiring soon, and expired.
Creating A Certification
The create flow supports:
- Choosing a template, or starting from a blank record
- Entering the certification title and descriptive copy
- Setting issue and expiry dates
- Uploading the main certification document
- Uploading or replacing the badge image
Templates come from the shared documents_templates data used by the app.
Important Product Behavior
- New certifications are created as public Trust Center items
- Badge upload and document upload are separate actions
- If you need account-gated or NDA-gated evidence, manage that as a normal document instead of describing certifications as per-account resources
Editing And Cleanup
From the detail page you can update metadata, replace files, or delete the certification.
