Sign in to the Admin Center, request password resets, and complete invitation acceptance from your inbox

Login & Password Reset

This guide walks you through signing in to the Admin Center, resetting forgotten passwords, and completing invitation emails. Share it with teammates so everyone knows how to access the platform securely.

Standard Sign In

Use the Admin Center URL provided by your team (for example, https://app.orbiqhq.com). Bookmark it for quick access.

  1. Go to the login page and enter your work email and password.
  2. Click Sign in.
  3. After successful authentication you'll land on the access requests dashboard. If you see the invitation screen, follow the steps in the next section.

Tip: Already signed in on this device? The login page lets you continue your previous session or log out cleanly.

Accepting an Invitation

Invited teammates receive an email with the subject "You’ve been invited to the Admin Center". The email contains a secure link that expires after a short period.

  1. Open the invitation email and click Accept Invitation.
  2. The link opens the Accept Invitation screen (/accept-invitation).

  1. Choose a strong password that meets the policy rules displayed on the page.
  2. Submit the form to activate your account, then click Go to login to sign in with the new credentials.

  1. If the link expired, ask an administrator to resend the invitation.

Forgot Your Password?

Use the self-service reset flow whenever you forget your password or want to recover access.

  1. On the login screen click Forgot your password? (or visit /request-password directly).
  2. Enter your email address and submit the form.
  3. You’ll see a confirmation message—regardless of whether the email exists—to prevent account discovery.
  4. Check your inbox for the reset email and click the Reset password button.
  5. The link opens /reset-password?token=.... Enter your new password twice and submit.
  6. After the success message, return to /login and sign in with the new password.

Reset links are single-use and expire quickly. If it no longer works, repeat the request to receive a fresh email.

Security Recommendations

  • Remind users not to share the invitation or reset emails—links grant direct access to account setup.
  • Administrators can revoke invitations from the Users page when needed.
